Jacoby Schmidlapp

 I am currently attending Mount Si High School in Snoqualmie, WA and a member of the 2026 graduating class.   I am passionate about both academics and athletics, aiming to pursue a degree in Business Marketing and playing golf at the collegiate level.  I’ve taken 3 honors classes and am enrolled in an accelerated math program, which places me one step ahead of my peers. I’m most proud of maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout my Sophomore year, and I currently hold a 3.97 GPA.  I started playing golf in June 2023 with a 38 handicap and have since improved significantly, lowering it to 0.8 within 18 months. I earned a spot on my high school varsity team and was a top 5 player, qualifying for district championships. This year, I am the third seed on my team and finished T1 in a match against Inglemoor High School. I qualified for the 2024-2025 Washington High School State Championship, placing T4 at districts with a score of 71. Over the past year, I’ve competed in seventeen 36-hole tournaments, averaging scores of 74-80. Below are my upcoming tournaments and recent tournament results.
